How to Fold a Pocket Square for a Wedding

Pocket squares can compliment your shoes, suit, tie, watch, boutonniere, etc. Here’s a few folds to try on your own but one piece of advice, practice before the day-of!

How To: Flower Fold
- Find the center of your pocket square
- Grab the center and pull the fabric through your fingers
- Find desired amount to stick out of your pocket
- Stuff into your jacket pocket
- Look effortlessly stylish
How To: Mountain Peaks Fold
- Fold pocket square at an imperfect triangle creating two peaks
- Fold one corner over to create the third peak
- Fold the other corner across
- Fold that piece back over creating the fourth peak
- Fold extra fabric under so it will fit into your pocket
- Perfect for fabrics with an embroidered edge
How To: Formal Fold
- Fold square in half
- Fold half into thirds
- 2 Options: Fold to create a smooth edge OR fold to align the edges to nicely show off the design
- This simple design will look sharp all night long.
How To: Triangle Fold
- Fold the corners together leaving a ½ inch of space
- Turn the triangle over
- Fold the straight edge up to meet the top point of the triangle
- Fold the sides to meet
- Fold both ends to the center
- Fold in Half
- Make a style statement.
