All returns and exchanges must be created within 30 days of the date you received your order, and items must be shipped back within 21 days of creating the return or exchange, including Instant Exchanges. For size comparisons via Instant Exchange, allow time for new size arrival, try-on, and return by initiating your exchange as soon as possible.
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags attached are eligible for returns and exchanges, excluding sale and personalized items, which are ineligible unless damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are exchanging a trial order, your card will immediately be charged for all relevant items.

- Visit the self-service portal. Enter your order number along with your shipping zip code (or email) to pull up your order.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Select your refund and/or exchange preferences. For returns, you can choose to refund to your original payment method or store credit. For exchanges, you can choose an instant exchange (processed instantly) or standard exchange (processed when return label is scanned).
- Print out and attach the prepaid shipping label and send your item(s) back within 28 days.

Unfortunately, our returns portal does not currently allow returns or exchanges on $0 orders. This includes fully discounted orders as well as exchange orders that have $0 value.

We know that many people need their exchange to be expedited to ensure it arrives before an event.

We are pleased to offer an instant exchange option in the self-service portal!
If you choose this option, you will be asked to enter your card information during the exchange process and your card will be authorized for the full amount of the exchange until we receive the items back to us. After your card is authorized, your exchange will ship within 2-4 business days. Please note that your return label must be scanned within 21 days to avoid being charged for your exchange. Please drop off your return promptly to avoid being charged.
If you opt for a standard exchange, your exchange order will ship 2-4 business days after the original order's return label is scanned.
Please allow 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your items to be inspected and your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
When you request an exchange for a trial order, we will charge your card on file for any items you are keeping. This charge is fully refundable if you choose to return any unworn and unaltered items.
If you received your items in multiple boxes, please don't put all your returns in one box! You will need a separate label for every box.
Unfortunately, our returns portal does not allow multiple labels to be generated at once. You will need to go through the self-service process separately for each box of items you received.
