E-commerce Marketing Designer (Part-Time)

The Role

We're seeking a talented E-commerce Marketing Designer to join our team part-time at SuitShop. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll create compelling visual content that drives online sales through email campaigns, digital advertisements, and print materials. Your designs will help tell our brand story and convert customers by creating engaging marketing assets that showcase our inclusive suiting collections.

This position offers the opportunity to impact our fast-growing e-commerce brand through creative design that resonates with our digital-first audience and drives conversion. You'll help bring our brand to life through beautiful, results-driven marketing materials that support our online shopping experience.

Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (10-20 hours/week)
Salary: $40-50/hour with potential for full-time transition

Core Responsibilities

E-commerce Marketing Design

• Design high-converting email marketing campaigns and templates that drive online sales
• Create digital assets optimized for e-commerce performance across paid & organic platforms
• Develop print materials (postcards, tri-folds, etc.)
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all e-commerce marketing materials

Campaign Support

• Create multiple design variations for performance (A/B) testing
• Ensure all designs support our e-commerce conversion goals
• Support promotional campaigns with coordinated creative across channels

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing & design teams to understand e-commerce goals and metrics
• Maintain organized design files and assets for team access
• Receive creative direction and feedback from Marketing Director & lead designer to ensure brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email, digital ad, and print design work that drives online sales
• Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) and/or Adobe XD 
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing and conversion best practices
• Experience designing for multiple formats and platforms with a focus on driving online sales
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
